These terms govern your access to and use of NED, a library of ready-to-run, manager-led sales-training modules for real estate teams, operated by the team behind AIREA. By creating an account or using NED you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].
NED provides self-contained training modules a manager presents to their team in-house, plus an attendance flow where team members join, answer, and confirm their attendance from their phones. New modules are added from time to time.
NED modules are designed to support internal, non-verifiable professional development. They are not a substitute for any formal, verifiable, or continuing-education training that your jurisdiction, regulator, or agency requires. Whether a session counts toward any obligation is your responsibility to confirm. NED does not certify, and makes no representation that its modules satisfy, any regulatory training requirement.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
NED offers a 7-day free trial and monthly subscriptions priced in New Zealand dollars (NZD) inclusive of GST, processed by Stripe. The price shown is the total amount charged; your Stripe tax invoice shows the GST component. An active trial or subscription unlocks the paid module library for your team, including presenter-led decks, live participation and available attendance records. Sessions are for your team/agency and may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed outside it.
NED is a digital service supplied to businesses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply. If the service is faulty or not as described, contact [email protected] and we will put it right (repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate). Subscription changes and cancellations are managed through Stripe billing.
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to break access controls, no automated abuse of the attendance or live-session endpoints, no entering other people's personal information without a proper basis, and no using NED to send unsolicited messages. The session join flow collects attendees' names and emails — you are responsible for collecting only your own team's information and for telling them how it is used (see our Privacy Policy).
We take care with module content, including any references to rules or legislation, but content is provided for training discussion only and is not legal or compliance advice. Always confirm the current wording and status of any rule before relying on it.
We aim to keep NED available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live-session features depend on attendees' own devices and connectivity.
To the extent permitted by law, NED is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including under the Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription amount you paid for the period giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use means you accept the change. These terms are governed by New Zealand law and the New Zealand courts.
